1、学习情绪不行规矩。
部分学生关于学英语是抱着无所谓的情绪，乃至会说“只需语文数学好就行了”，还有拖欠作业的状况。
2、学习习气不行好。

二、构建协调高效课堂
现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率：
1、认真备课。
大家都晓得，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括备课标、备教材、备学生、备教法，备学法。教师要根据课程尺度请求，当真钻研教材，借助有关资料，了解、分析和掌握学生研究的'立场、方法、能力和研究中存在的困难；选择最佳教学策略，确立合理的课堂教学模式，制定具体的教学环节，达到教学进程的最优化组合，有利于实现学生当堂掌握常识。看课程标标使我明白了课程的总目标，也深入的理解了英语课程的工具性与人文性的统一，明白了英语教学在培养学生们初步的综合语言运用能力的基础上，还肩负着促进心智成熟，提高综合人文素养的重任，为教学的设计指明了方向。备教材，上课前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、研究资料及以往的相招考题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些常识点扩展到什么水平，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、常识储备情况，这样可以免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每一级每个班学生特点各不相同，所以要注重仔细研究学生，采纳适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动。
2、用激情带动学生，焕发课堂活力。

3、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。

英语学科知识点多而杂，致使部分学生因记不住而失去兴趣。我会经常用各种灵活的活动帮助他们记忆，使学生轻松的掌握知识，提高兴趣。比如在初一教音标时，我用一个小故事把十二个单元音音素连起来，易于他们记忆，还有二十一个辅音字母的发音我也编了与发音相匹的动作帮助他们记忆。研究词汇eye时，用联想法可以帮助他们记忆，也可用谐音教学door，告诉学生门是用来防盗的，所以XXX坟墓的意思，发音是土墓，再比如umbrella谐音像俺不来了，因为下雨没伞。教学语法时，比如时态的教学，可以把几大时态的构成及用法比较对比研究，比较级最高级的教学，用实物或班里的同学设置真实的语境，操练句型。运用灵活的教学方法，可以降低研究的难度，激发学生们研究的兴趣。
三、经常查缺补漏，及时抓弱补偏
在提高课堂效力的基础上，还要指点、督促学生搞好课外复，防止常识的忘记，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发觉题目，办理题目。对于存在的题目，要有针对性的进行磨炼，并在下一步的教学中继续加以渗透，穿插复。对于存在题目的学生，耐心讲解，明确请求，基础常识，跟踪检查，人人过关。组织各小组互相检查所学基础常识，单词句型的听写背诵，用分数做好记录，一周一统记，对背的好的同学及时评价鼓励，对学困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓励性语言，调动其研究积极性。善于发觉他们的每一点进步，及时进行表扬鼓励，一定其成绩，提出进一步请求，引导他们争取更大的进步。班里一名学生，总成绩在班里十名左右，是升学的边缘生。我一看他的成绩，数理化很好，英语只有伍十几分，于是我找他谈话，给他分析了升学情况和他的现实情况，告诉他：“你只要把英语提上一点点，哪怕只考六十几分，你就有把握考上
高中，这一年，你应该在保持数理化的优势的基础上，向英语方面倾斜一下，多下点功夫，虽然你基础太差，但我向你保证，只要你这一年按我说的一步步做好，明年中考，你的成绩一定会有很大的进步”。他真的很信任我，每天很努力地学，一开始他默十个单词能错九个，我经常鼓励他，教给他发音规律、记单词的方法，他的词汇量慢慢多了起来。学短语句子时，他的困难就更大了，毕竟基础太差，他一个完整的句子也写不出来，看到他沮丧的样子，我一次次地鼓励他，并给他缩小范围，让他背最重点的，并在研究方法上给予指导，他就很高兴的学着。月考考试结束了，他的成绩有一点点起色，我看他很沮丧，又想放弃的样子，就又找他谈：“你只努力了两个月的时间，而其他同学是积累了两年，两个月想补上年的知识，那是不可能的。所以，你的努力现在不能马上见效，只要你不放弃，持之以恒，坚持到底，期末考试就会有惊喜的”。他又重新燃起了希望，艰难地努力着。每当他有一点点进步，我就及时地表扬了他，向他提出了进一步要求。他现在已经有了信心，研究劲头更足了。如果对学困生多一些鼓励，多一份耐心，多几次辅导，相信总有一天，他们会有进步的，哪怕只有一点点，也是成功。
四、对教师的理解
1、教师首先是教诲者，其次才是教学者。
2、教师要自我发展。北京的培训真正让我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。无论是大学教授还是一线教师，都即是理论专家，又是实践高手。他们的秘诀就是要与时俱进，要与学生同步。XXXXXX和老师已到退休年龄还每天写反思，听英文广播，每周看一本与教学有关的书籍。
3、教师要协作发展。靠教师一人的力量很难办理一些教学中的实际困难。一个学校优秀的成绩背后一定有一个连合协作和具有科研立异精神的团队。单打独斗无法创造一个学科的辉煌。
我想教诲教学需要“众人划桨开大船”。你一个经验，我一个经验，就是两个经验；你一个方法，我一个方法，就是两个方法。教诲资源需要共享，教学经验需要交换，教学方法需要互学。在教学中，教研组成员假如一起探叨教学疑心，教学方法，新的教学理念，我们一定能在提高自己教学能力、自身素质的同时，共同去打造我校高效教学的新场面。

today i am going to tell you a true story about a lifealtering event that happened to an old hunter from tibet’s northern lands.
early in the morning, the hunter saw a group of tibetan antelopes on grass hill near his tent. he rushed out of his tent and mounted his horse with his rifle. the antelopes all quickly ran away except one.
a strong, fat one ran only a few steps and came back. it looked imploringly at him, stepped up towards him and then knelt on its knees with tears streaming down from its eyes. feeling softhearted for a flashing moment, the hunter did not pull the trigger.
but after he shut his eyes, pulled the trigger and the antelope fell onto the ground in a kneeling position with discernible tears still on its face.
the old hunter restlessly cut the tibetan antelope open. what he had saw made him choke on his breath and the knife fell on the ground with a crash. he saw a baby antelope lying in the womb, surely dead.
all of a sudden he realized why the antelope was strong and fat and why it heavily knelt before him and cried: it was imploring him to have mercy on its baby!
the old hunter buried the antelope and its unborn baby together with his hunting rifle that day
i will never f***et this story. today i told it to more people and i’d like to point out: in the world the kneeling of loving mothers, whatever of human being or animal is sacred.
lives of all kinds are equal. let us care about the nature, care about our life with our affection and respect to the life. hopefully we could live harmoniously, as part of nature.
跪拜的藏羚羊
今天我要告诉大家一个发生在**北部的故事。这件事促使一位老猎人改变了对生活的理解。
那天清晨，老猎人看到不远的草坡上有一群藏羚羊，立即跨上烈马，追了过去，藏羚羊四处逃窜，奇怪的是，有只肥壮的藏羚羊没跑多远，却转过身来，用乞求的眼神望着他，然后冲向他前行两步，两条前腿扑通一声跪了下来，与此同时，两行长泪从它眼里流出。老猎人心头一软，扣动扳机的手不由地松了一下，可是随即他双眼一闭，枪声响起，那只藏羚羊栽倒在地，倒地后仍然是跪卧的姿势。我脸颊上的两道泪痕依然清晰。
老猎人怀着忐忑不安的心情对那只藏羚羊开膛扒皮，眼前的一切让他屏住了呼吸，手中的屠刀咣当一声掉在地上，原来在藏羚羊的子宫里静静地卧着一只小藏羚羊，它已经成型，自然是死了。这时候老猎人才明白为什么这只藏羚羊的身体特别肥壮，也明白了它为什么给自己下跪，流泪。这是要求猎人离开他们孩子的生命！
当天，老猎人将那只藏羚羊连同它没有出世的孩子掩埋了，同时埋掉的还有他的枪。
这个故事曾经让我久久不能释怀，今天我把这个故事说给更多的人听，我更要说，天下所有慈母的跪拜，包括动物在内，都是神圣的，一切的生命都是平等的，让我们所有的人怀着对生命的一种感动和敬畏，去珍爱自然，珍爱生命。愿人类成为自然的一部分，与自然和谐相处。

i thought school was that easy.

i became very resentful and angry about my situation. i felt so depressed for feeling inferior.
one winter day we had a heavy snow. mother took me for a long walk. “ see those elm trees,” she said.
“ the branches are broken. the trees may die. but look at those pine trees!
they are not hurt by the snow.” “ when they have more snow than they can hold, they lower the branches and let the snow slip away. the next morning they are as good as ever.
”“there are just two kinds of trees in the world: the stubborn and the wise. be like a pine tree.
bear what you can, then let the load slide off. you will move forward lightly.”
yes, “be like a pine tree. bear what you can! ” shake off resentment, angry and depression.

” i could recite this even before entering primary school.
16years ago, my mother visited one of the grassland of inner mongolia. she said that no words could describe it’s stunning natural charm. with her description firmly printed on my mind i began to long for a tour to the grassland.
sadly, this marvelous image that i had in my mind changed ***pletely when my mum and i visited the grassland a year ago. as soon as we got there, i couldn’t believe my eyes. what was in front of me was just a piece of land with loosely grown grass.
in the far distance i saw only a couple of horses feeding lazily. i asked my mother: “where is the lush, tall grass” as puzzled as me, she said nothing.
i was shocked to see the differences between the grassland in my dream and what was in front of me.
on the way home, i thought a lot and tried to find answers.
now i am old enough to bring awareness to other people and share my dream for the grasslands. overgrazing and extensive farming have ruined the grassland and so taken away the charm of our homeland. but i am confident that one day the grasslands will recover and its true wealth and beauty will be realized as long as everybody gives his contribution to restore our homeland.

陪伴我去草原以前，妈妈也只去过一次草原，那是在1988年夏天，妈妈陪南方来的朋友们一起去呼和浩特市北郊的昭和草原观光。妈妈说：草原真美呀，蓝蓝的天空下，茂密的草场，足有一人高，放眼望去，一望无际，风吹过，绿浪翻滚，像大海的波涛，真是一片绿色的海洋。
母亲的描述让我从六岁起就向往草原。
直到去年国庆长假，妈妈第一次带我去草原，但我对草原的印象已经完全改变了
当旅游巴士停在一个只有几厘米高的操场上时，更像是一片大草坪，导游说：草原已经到了。我满怀喜悦的心情被下车时看到的景象迷惑了。
问妈妈：这是草原！ 为何风不能吹过草，露出牛羊！
妈妈也显得很吃惊。如此低矮的草;更没有洁白的羊群，吃草的马儿也显得无精打采。
在回家的路上，我想了很多。是的，过度放牧和开垦破坏了草原的美丽。是人类摧毁了我们的家园。

or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. there are many ways one could have fun with their pals. for instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as yao ming or david beckham, right
however sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. before you know it, you’re having fun.
let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

when we are appreciating the passionate melody of gloria estefan, we could hardly imagine that she could return to the stage after her paralysis. in the year 1990, this cuban singer was knocked down in a traffic accident, and the doctor declared that she might never walk again. but gloria did not give up and kept up constant exercising.
just one year after the disaster, she stood up again and presented this encouraging song at the atlanta olympics.
whenever i think of gloria, i can’t help recalling my memory seven years ago, when i first entered university. naturally shy, ordinary looking, average scores in study, just like an ugly duckling, i seemed to be the least outstanding one in my class. and the successive failures in the beginning led me into despair.
“am i destined to take the back seat to others?” unwilling to submit to the fate, i paid more efforts on my study as well as many other activities, film dubbing, recital, drama… cause i just want to catch every little opportunity to prove myself. constant effort yields sure success.
thanks to the ***petition, i received some awards and most of all, i gained the courage and confidence to face any difficulties in my life journey.
life is just like farming, and what you can reap depends a lot on your sowing and dedication. once you have a dream, don’t be hesitant. your next difficult step may be the one to the top.

当我们在欣赏葛罗莉亚·伊斯特芬那充满激情的旋律，我们很难想象她能从瘫痪中回到舞台。1990年这个古巴歌手遭遇车祸，医生说她可能再也没办法走路了。可是葛罗莉亚并没有放弃希望，坚持做恢复训练。
在灾难后仅仅一年，她又站起来了，并且在亚特兰大奥运会上唱响了这首鼓舞人心的歌曲。
每当我想起葛罗莉亚的时候，我禁不住回忆起七年前我刚进入大学的时候。天性害羞，相貌平平，成绩一般，就像一只丑小鸭，我是班上最不起眼的一个。而且在刚开学时一连串的失败让我陷入绝望。

上星期天，我和朋友何平去钓鱼。黎明时动身，骑了3小时自行车后，来到达合肥郊区的一条小溪边。溪水又清又净，能看见鱼在水里游。

经过反思期中考试的过错，我发现一个很重要的部分：根底常识。
